Terms of Service

Effective date: July 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of odelle.health and the services offered by Medea Care LLC, doing business as Odelle ("Odelle", the "Company"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

Odelle is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed medical providers. Medea Care LLC does not directly provide medical services, does not practice medicine, and does not dispense medications. The physician-patient relationship is established solely between you and the licensed Dr Telx network physician who reviews your case. Medications are prepared and shipped by independent state-regulated pharmacies, including Dr Telx Pharmacy.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older and located in a state where our providers are licensed. Submitting an evaluation does not guarantee a prescription: all treatment is at the clinical discretion of the treating physician.

3. No Emergencies

Our services are not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency facility.

4. Telehealth Consent

By using the platform, you consent to receiving services via telehealth, including asynchronous review of your medical questionnaire by a licensed physician, and you understand its limitations compared to an in-person visit. See our full Telehealth Informed Consent.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

6. Compounded Products

Some products offered are compounded medications that have not been approved by the FDA. The FDA does not verify the safety or effectiveness of compounded drugs. Individual results may vary.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to provide truthful and complete information, not to share your account, and not to use the services for unlawful purposes or to resell medications.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content (the Odelle brand, logos, text, design) is the property of Medea Care LLC or its licensors and is protected under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medea Care LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, with a waiver of class actions, except where prohibited by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws.
