- Health information: medical questionnaire responses, health history, treatment goals, and prescription information you provide during the online evaluation.
- Payment information: processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, and pages visited (via cookies and analytics tools).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To connect you with licensed physicians in the Dr Telx network for treatment evaluation.
- To coordinate prescription fulfillment and shipping through state-regulated partner pharmacies, including Dr Telx Pharmacy.
- To provide patient support, process payments and refunds, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.
- To improve our site and services (aggregate analytics, not health profiles).
3. Who We Share Your Information With
We share your information only with: (a) the Dr Telx network physicians who evaluate your case; (b) the pharmacies that prepare and ship your medication; (c) service providers operating under confidentiality agreements (payment processing, hosting, support); and (d) authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal or health information. Ever.
4. Health Information (HIPAA)
Health information you provide is handled in accordance with our Notice of Privacy Practices (HIPAA), available on this site.
5. Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies for site functionality and analytics tools to understand aggregate usage. You may disable cookies in your browser; some features may be limited.
6. Security & Retention
We apply reasonable technical and administrative safeguards (encryption in transit, restricted access). We retain your data while you maintain an active relationship with us and as required by applicable medical record laws.
